All appointments require a nonrefundable 20% deposit and completion of consent forms to confirm booking.
We understand that occasionally you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for a number of reasons.
If you should need to rearrange you may do so once, on the same deposit. If you need to rearrange again after this, the non-refundable deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
Cancellations are non-refundable. Partial or full appointment charges may be applicable with less than 24 hours' notice or "no show". The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious illness or emergencies.
